Can I get a refund if I'm unhappy with my purchase?
We offer a 48hour refund policy, in case you've decided not to review your profile after all. There are no refunds for scheduled meetings whether due to lateness, or due to absence.
Complete all 3 meetings within 30days; there will be no refunds for any meetings not utilised upon expiry of the 30days from the date of purchase.
How do I schedule my appointment?
Upon making the purchase, you'll receive further instructions in email on how to book time for your appointments. All meetings will be held online, and will start and end at the appointed times.
Can I purchase coaching more than once?
Absolutely! If you find yourself in need of coaching more than once, simply purchase the coaching again.
